How it comes together:
Standard nail prep, including shaping and cuticle care
Apply Ultrabond acid-free primer
Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base, cure 1 min UV or 30 sec LED/hybrid
Select the right form size, apply modeling material to its inner side, secure to the nail with a UV lamp or clamp
Cure 1–2 minutes in a 36/48W hybrid lamp, depending on material and thickness
Remove the form by clamping the sides
Shape with a file and carbide cutter, smooth the underside
Clean residue with DNKa Nail Prep & Cleanser 3in1, seal with a top coat
How is Monroe different from the Square or Almond shapes? Monroe uses an arched, half-moon profile rather than the straight edge of Square or the tapered point of Almond, giving a rounder, more sculptural finish.
